Ribbon is cut for new Allentown apartments for seniors, those with intellectual and development disabilities

To celebrate World Down Syndrome Day on Friday, the ribbon was cut on 1528 West Apartments, an affordable housing unit in Allentown dedicated to seniors aged 55 and older with a dedicated set-aside for adults with intellectual and development disabilities.
